Our History
Managing Partner Scott Leon leads Entrust with extensive industry experience providing a strong foundation for leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to think outside of the box.
Scott has been buying, fixing, renting and selling distressed property in South Florida for over 29 years. Through this he has learned the ins and outs of the construction process. He has renovated everything from single family homes, condominiums and apartments to apartment complexes and commercial buildings.
In 2008, a friend who was a realtor and had a property that a client wanted renovated asked if I could take care of the project. I replied yes, but I had never done a project for someone else. We came up with a plan for the house, executed the plan, got paid and it allowed them to sell the renovated house quickly. It turned out the client had numerous properties that were distressed, and we continued from there. As a result, we do renovation work for other people. This led to Entrust Construction Services being formed from our property management business.

Our role is to act as your agent to supervise the project from start to completion. Throughout the project, we are in place to ensure that all procedures are being followed as planned and scheduled.
